Why You Need To Protect Your Back Early

Are you aware that in America general physicians receive hundreds of back pain complaints each day? Both the patient and the doctor are tortured due to this. It can be pleasant to hear at this point that in most of the cases back pain can be cured. In most of the cases eliminating the cause of the back pain also ends the its problems, so for curing back pain it is very important for the doctor to figure out its actual cause.

Trust me you will never want to have this back pain problem in your life. Sitting still without moving is the worst thing anyone will want in to happen to their life. Now imagine a situation where you have to endure pain in every movement you make, that is  while walking, going to sit or stand and lifting something. Back pain will not even allow you to have the happiness of playing with your kids. Imagine how difficult it will be for you to live a slow life at a young age. Exercise – Exercising is beneficial in keeping a body healthy. But consult your doctor before doing any exercise as the wrong way of doing them can increase your chances of suffering from pain in your back. Some of the beneficial exercises are the stretching exercises, abdominal crunches, and pelvic tilts.

Lumbar support belts – If you are indulged in a work that makes you lift heavy loads frequently then lumbar support belts are very important for you. It is true that these belts don’t provide 100% protection to your back, but can save you in many cases.

3S’es (Standing/Sitting/Sleeping) – Standing straight with stomach pulled in is very important. Chairs with lumbar support should be preferred and always try to sit straight. Both hard and soft beds can be a reason for back pain. Actually this depends on the individual using the bed, so select the one which suits you best.

Lifting – Be very careful while lifting a heavy load. The wrong way of lifting can overstretch your muscles and can cause back pain in the long run. Don't ever try to lift a load which is beyond your capability and never for impressing someone.

Start protecting your back at a young age as it is very difficult to live a life with back pain. Try to prevent back pain problem and don't wait for a situation when you have to cure it.
